I've done it with Mutants & Masterminds (and I used a couple of Thrilling Tales adventures in addition to my own with it).

I'm also starting up a little Savage Worlds western pulp game soon.

Planning to run it for my son who's all about Indiana Jones and action-adventure movies.

I'm looking at using Modern 20 (RPG Objects), the d20 Modern SRD (WotC), and the Thrilling Tales Omnibus (Adamant Entertainment) to run some pulpy goodness in the near future.

I don't think I've ever heard of these modern games. Does anyone happen to have a link? I am running a modern game currently and wouldn't mind checking some of those out.

The Modern SRD is, of course, the meat of d20 Modern made available for free via the OGL.

Modern 20 is a kind of refined d20 Modern that replaces said system, in light of the fact that WotC is no longer actively supporting it.

Thrilling Tales Omnibus Edition is a d20 Modern supplement that covers pulp adventure in depth.
