Looking for a d20 Modern Ghost Advanced Class

Does anyone know of a product for d20 Modern that has an advanced class (not a template) for characters that want to play an undead, incorporeal* ghost? I have several PDFs from Ronin Arts by Bruce Baugh that I really like that feature AdCs for vampires, werewolves and the like, as well as two PDFs from Clockwork Golem with AdCs for vampires and werewolves. I'm looking for something similar to those where a character doesn't get all of a ghost's powers and abilities up front like when applying a template, but rather over time through class levels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*although an ability to occasionally manifest as corporeal to interact with the world of the living would be cool if the class included something like this as an option.

I don't know anything about one for d20 modern but you can probably repurpose the psion uncarnate from XPH.

I have a good solution you should check out, it utilizes the Traveller RPG setting (d20 rules) and there is several undead prestige classes. It is a setting for version 3.5 rules mixed with Sci-Fi from Traveller. Check it out, there is a whole undead race complete with prestige classes, new domains and spells.

Thanks for the great suggestions, guys.

It looks like I'm going to be using True20 instead of d20 Modern, and I'll be going now with the Apparition template from the True20 Bestiary.

Looking through my collection of PDFs I came across a couple of things I thought I'd list here just in case somebody else stumbles across this thread looking for something similar.

Blood and Spooks: The Ghost Hunter's Guide from RPGObjects has a Spirit Advanced Class that can be taken by anyone that has the Ghost template. A Ghost template for d20 Modern is also included, tweaked and enhanced for d20 Modern.

Shroud of the Aether is 3.5e 20-level Ghost prestige "casualty" class intended for dead PCs by Dire Press. Unfortunately, it isn't available for sale at RPGNow anymore.

Chains of the Phantom, Chains of Shadow, and Chains of the Spirit are all collections of feats for 3.5e Ghosts by Dire Press. Unfortunately, they too aren't available for sale at RPGNow anymore.

I was looking through my ghost-related PDFs today looking for stuff I could port over to True20 for my Apparition when I stumbled upon the Dire Press Ghost class - I remembered having the feat chain collections for ghosts (and enjoying them very much when I first read them), but I'd completely forgotten the did an entire class for ghost characters.

Anyhow, I just thought I'd mention these in case someone is interested.
