    Favored Weapon: Battleaxe
    Holy Place: Life Forge
    Nationality: Dwarf

The father of all dwarven kind, Rogar, his apperance changes from clan to clan but he is always missing an eye and wielding an axe. He tolerates no taint of evil among the dwarves; those dwarves that fell to evil are known as the duergar. It is said that Rogar forged the first of the dwarves out of adamantine and fire.

    Dogma
Rogar is an ever watchful god. He takes pride in their every victory and mourns their every lose. His teachings of good and law are paramount to both his people and himself. He beleives in making goods that last, maintaining loyalty to clan, leader, people and meting adversity with a strong hand and unwavering courage. It is through his teachings that he leads the dwarves ever forward and always toward excellance in everything they do.

    Clergy and Temples
Clerics of Rogar are charged with maintaining the dwarven way of life. They perform a wide variety of ceremonies some of which are marriages, blessing new ventures, crowning of kings and various others. They are the cornerstone among the dwarven people, reminding them of what is best in every dwarven heart. They are charged with keeping records of genealogies and historical archives. Yet as the great dwarven halls fell into darkness so did their history, waiting to once again be discovered by dwarven eyes.

Every temple or shrine of Rogar includes an anvil and a forge that the clerics maintain so that the fire never fades. The anvil can be a working anvil, which Rogar prefers, but is always used as the altar whenever a ceremony is held.

Decent work on a dwarven deity.

Each Clan depicts Rogar differently, but all of them emphasize his role as a craftsman and his skill with an axe.
