Ultimate Combat Playtest is up. If those firearm rules go live, I'll definitely be shopping around for a different rules-set if I want to do something firearm-related in a published product.
Are the firearms rule not final? The playtest mentions that they are the same as the ones in the already published Guide to the Inner Sea.
They are indeed described as final.
It seems my work on Kaidan has gotten me noticed. I will be freelancing both cartography and writing a gazetteer for the last 2 adventures of the Paizo Pathfinder Jade Regent Adventure Path featuring Kasai the capital of Minkai (Japan land). I'll also be serving a 'think tank' and 'technical advisor' role on other aspects of the setting. So I work for Paizo now (freelance only)! As an aside, my first Kaidan adventure The Gift, Curse of the Golden Spear: Part 1 has earned seven 5 star reviews. So luck is with me right now! GP
