Looking for way to advertise other forums...help?

Hello. I am modding another forum and we are looking for traffic. I have already talked to a few people but I don't want to go on a huge advertising spree and get booted.

I don't know what your CoC says about that but is there a way I can basically advertise my boards?

The best way to handle this is to place a url into your signature. Direct postings are considered advertising are against the rules. The good news is, the more you post, the more often your website will get out there, so it's win win for us all.
