Well, the name of the Forum itself is ISRP Rules and Ruling References. That extends to the threads within it.

So what you're saying is that I have to ask before I can use this voucher for a new strain of cholera epidemic, and these permits for an undead horde rampage through downtown...I won't even bother with the 'Zilla rampage, or the alien space bats supressing the laws of physics that allow gunpower and internal combustion engines to function. I was saving these for a rainy afternoon.
