Rurdev heads to the right for fifty feet. If nothing seems out of the ordinary, he head back the other way for fifty feet. He then returns to the ladder.

Same stealth rolls/ perception as before I assume is ok?

Rurdev heads off a bit ahead as the rest clamor down the stone steps. Heading east he finds nothing, the corridor continues on past the 50 yards he travelled. West the corridor bends to the north after about 30 yards. He is about to turn back when he notices a small scruff of wiry brown fur on the ground near the corner. Its about the only evidence he`s seen down here yet. When he returns the last of his companions have descended the ladder.
Rurdev returns, holding the scrap of fur. "This w-w-was down th-th-there," the shifter whispers pointing to the passage heading west. "W-We should go that w-w-way I think."
Rurdev takes his place in the middle of the group.
Dane takes a quick look at the scrap of fur to see if he is able to recognize it. If he does, he'll mention it to the group. In any case he'll lead the party down the west passage with axe and shield in hand.
Agreed, it's obviously a better choice then the dark tunnel with nothing noteworthy. Good deductive reasoning. Shall we then? Vashik ask's waving his hand in a get hence gesture.
Once in the light again, Rurdev examines the tuft of fur, trying to determine it's origin. Rurdev follows Dane down the passage, both blades drawn and ready.
Since we lost WD, I assume we keep going, assuming E13 is willing to NPC for a bit? Or, if we get as quick a response to the last recruitment as we do this one, we could do a hurry up to keep things moving.
Both Rurdev and Nebten believe that the fur belongs to a rat. Continuing around the bend the gang starts to hear the sound of water splashing from up ahead. The sound and now smell starts to get louder. After about 100' the previously dry sewer tunnel emerges into a large round room open to a lower level. The shaft descends down towards the source of the smell and sound. Waste pours through four pipes into the shaft equidistant from one another. They sit a good 15' below the lip of the shaft and another 5' above the surface of the water below. It looks like there might be a passageway leading off from the bottom of the shaft.
I knew dis was gonna be a rat smashin' job! Knew it!
Dane stows his shield and tries to make his way safely to the other passage way entrance.

I'm sorry, but I'm not really understanding how the next room is laid out. But if we are walking by to get to the other side, I'm not worried about it.
As for trying to get somebody else, I think that might be tough since they have that Fire thread going now.
I believe the room is a big hole basically with a passageway at the bottom.
Rurdev throws the piece of fur into the muck. "R-Rats." The shifter pulls a length of rope from his pack. "I c-c-can lower everybody d-d-own s-s-so we c-c-can continue on."

How easy would it be to climb up the sides of the shaft? If not, is there a place to tie off a rope besides the pipes(does it look like they could hold one persons weight?)
Lets carry on then. Filthy vermin, I can't believe I was hired to kill vermin. Vashik mumbles under his breath as he grabs onto the rope and slithers down.
Evo's got it right, this 'room' is essentially the top of a deep shaft. 15' lower than the floor you are on 4 pipes stick out of the wall and send sewer water 5' lower to the bottom of the shaft.
Its a DC 10 climb check to descend the rope. I've got Vashik, Riardon, Dane down safely, Incarnation takes 8 and is prone in the sewer water.
With Rurdev holding a rope for the others to descend, its a fairly easy climb, though not for Incarnation who plummets to the bottom of the shaft and ends in a splash. Rurdev fixes the rope to the side of the shaft on an old iron rung then manages to descend himself. At the bottom the group sees that the sewage water moves out of the shaft and down around a corner.
EDIT: the map shows potential positions once everyone has descended and climbed out of the water.
Rurdev walks around the outside of the wall, trying to judge the depth of the muck. When the shifter reaches the bridge crossing over, he crosses it, stepping in line behind Dane.
Filthy sewers! Why did I ever agree to this? I used to command legions, and now I'm wallowing in the filth worrying about fighting oversized RODENTS!!!
Vashik rants and raves, raising his voice before silencing himself as he realizes just how well sound seems to carry down here. He follows along behind the others.
