LOL! That still qualifies! It's a dragon, and it was an elite. So when a group finally tackles another dragon and it's either a higher level elite or it's a solo of equal level, they'll get the record. Give the group their due now, lol.
Wyrmling or not, it was a dragon. We've got a (small) dragon's head, and we can hang it on a wall in the tavern. More than anyone else can say (yet).
... I'm totally un-biased here, of course. Y'know, seeing as my unoptimal paladin got the killing blow and all. Totally, completely objective. No ulterior motive. At all. None.
OK. So you can't measure it, but you have to admit that it would be fun to argue it out on this thread (or at leas to see the proposals). Perhaps we could have the judges vote on it?
It is a Medium Dragon head. Be proud of that. It's slightly bigger that your own:
Description
A black wyrmling’s bony horns are mere nubs compared to those of older black dragons, but already the characteristic crescent shape that frames the snout is recognizable. On the other hand, its eyes and nostrils are not so sunken and skull-like as an adult’s. Its black scales are smeared with gray, dark green, and deep blue.
covaithe made half a TPK in the Closed Eye (Earning all awards relating to defeating PCs).
Atreus took 84 points of damage in an encounter.
The Punishment Patrol broke the "Broken Wards" party's party-punishment record (say that 3 times fast, I dare you)! The previous total was 257 damage and the new one is 276.
... What's that?
What inspired me to resurrect the records for an update? Oh, nothing, really, nothing at all.
There might should be some kind of normalized party punishment record, too. I believe the previous record of 257 was held by a 6 person party, that was mostly level 1. 276 for a 4 person party at level 2; how does that compare? Maybe a percentage of total party HP? Woe had 40, Atreus 29, Tander 29, and Palindrome 24, for a total of 122, meaning the damage per party health ratio was 276/122 = 226%.
I don't have the character sheets handy for Ukingsken's group, but it seems likely to be a lower ratio.
Hell if I know. I doubt I've ever had 3, except maybe in those rounds in the griefmote fight where I was making a dozen attacks every round. Good times, good times....
