The thing about StC that I really like is that in order for it to have any effect, you have to miss completely with the power that you want to reuse. So there's no way to pull off a double-RoB. If all you want to do is ensure that you don't miss, you're probably better off using something else that allows a reroll on a miss. There are lots of those.

So I'm gonna go ahead and vote YES.

Yes, good points. I can't seem to get my head around remembering that your power has to be a complete and total flop before you can use StC.

Don't get me started. I think I missed every attack roll in my first two encounters. I have yet to hit with my Vampiric Embrace!
