"Okay, wait, wait. I have idea. You stay for to hide. I make bad guy come outside."
So much for stealth and surprise. Though at least it will get them out of the house. Up till now things have been going as planned. Perhaps it will work out. I hope Tristan has got the front door.. Da#$!
Hang on. All of us are not here yet. Lauto's group is not together For want of Dextyr and Blade
Oh h#@*! Ready for the Carnage?
Mikara shakes her head, nocks and gets ready to cover Tonk.

Why do I feel like Han Solo when the 'little fur ball' starts playing around with the speeder bike?

Comparing Tonk to an ewok? An EWOK?!
That's mean. Junkyard dog mean.
I hope you don't hug your mother with those fingers!
Before Tonk's rampage...

...And Blade's back to his regularly scheduled programming. Thanks L.S. et all for the help. Now let's smash some skulls.

Before the crazyiness:
"I have lived a thousand lifetimes my Kill Buddy and have long since lost my given birth name to the fogs of time. I go by Blade as it seems a fitting name for a servant of Maros and as it is the last thing my enemy sees before I send them to him.
As Blade sees Tonk go into action, the deva avenger draws his weapon and springs into action crashing through the forest with abandon.

Although Blade only goes on a 13, I'm guessing some of you can react first, and possibly the enemies so I'll hold off on an official action.
Hmm ... surprise, when there's a horrible naked forest monster smashing their chimney yelling about doing horrible naked forest monster things to them?
It's a classic ambush with bait. The bad guys know Tonk is there, so they'll expect him. What they don't expect is the other party members laying in wait. With Tonk smashing on the chimney, it creates a sense of urgency. The bad guys are driven to an immediate, emotionally charged response. They'll be focused on the forest monster, and the rest of the party will tag them while they're distracted. So, yeah, surprise round.
C'mon. Tonk has low charisma, not wisdom. He knew what he was doing, even if it looked crazy and spontaneous.

Ah yes. This is true. They're aware there's danger, but not how much danger.
You were right earlier, though - it would have been easier to just burn down the house. Even if the fire didn't take them, it'd get them outside anyway

Yeah. The optimum solution is to guard both exits, with a line of sight on the windows, from cover/concealment. Use some means to barricade the doors and windows--probably nothing more than tying a cord around the knobs of the shutters and (if the doors open inward) tying a cord across the threshold so that whoever exits is tripped. (Use of cord is quiet.) Then, set the house on fire. When the occupants attempt to escape but find their egress impeded, they panic. They will crash out, but the extra few seconds gives the ambushers more time to relocate for superior striking positions.
Still, this way accomplishes virtually the same thing. We've got coverage on the exits. And it didn't require a lot of explaining and convincing...
we know for next time to bring lots of fire for the next ambush, although I think you'd have a difficult time getting Blade to allow that. Maybe it'd be a skill challenge, convincing Blade to use a non-straight up tactic. Either that or the punch brothers could knock him out
Yeah ... yeah. You'd think setting an ambush would let you get a bit more of a jump on the guys you're jumping Dead last ftw!
Perhaps I'm revealing a little too much of my character, but I don't believe you meant 'ftw'. I'm familiar with its inverse, but 'ftw' escapes me. Is this something new?
FTW = For the win! Little bit of sarcasm, there
Its opposite is FTL = For the lose.
Well class, that's it for Internet Acronyms 101 for today. Tune in next time for even more crazy internet slang!
Being serious, I'm not sure how long ftw has been around. At least a year or two, I think, though I'm never in the loop (and this extends to internet lingo).
