Powers from D&D Miniatures - are they allowed?

I've noticed there are new powers included with the D&D Miniature range but I haven't noticed any discussion about them here.

In particular there is a new Barbarian at-will "Foe to Foe" which doesn't require two-handed weapons.

And so, have these been considered or should I put in a proposal?

You can find the complete list of allowed materials in the charter. We allow "Player's Handbook Heroes Series 1 (miniature pack)". I dunno if your power is from that series or if there were more released after we approved that.

Foe-to-Foe is in that source so you should be all set Digger.

Aah! I see my problem. I looked at the character creation guide which only lists the early sources, rather than the charter which seems pretty well up to date.

In case there are other dozy gits like me out there might it be worth linking to the charter from that but of the creation guide?
