I think using his daily is a good option. Also, does he has use his Channel Divinity yet? If not, he could allow me to save and in one turn, he would have allowed two allies out on next round to do something for the group.

Unfortunately, Lephisto already used Divine Mettle.
Also unfortunately, Paladin's Judgment totally misses. Sheesh. Growl can still spend a healing surge though.
Lephisto still has an action point, so he could move over to Feyr and make a heal check at +7 to let him use his Second Wind or make a save. He will take an AoO from the Hexer, but the goblin can't knock him out with one attack. But then the goblin will be able to use its more powerful ranged attacks. I'm going to leave it up to you guys what he does.

Lephisto swings wildly at the goblin. While his blows do not land home, he still manages to send a prayer towards Growl, who feels rejuvenated.
The goblin responds in kind, unable to find its way past Lephisto's guard.
Shocked into action, Yelder rushes to Feyr's side in an attempt to aid the invoker, but the bladeling's anatomy is too unfamiliar for him to be of much aid.
Alek moves sideways and breathes deeply for a few moments collecting his thoughts. And attempts to force his body to reject the poison and stand tall succeeding in his efforts.

Oh, yeah, let me explain. Any status effect (blind, dazed, ongoing damage) take place at the beginning of your turn. Then you save at the end of your turn. So if you're hit with an effect, like the centipedes' poison, the only way to completely avoid it is if someone grants you a save before your turn starts. Typically this means that any "save ends" effect has one guaranteed turn.
Also, ongoing damage is always, or nearly always, "save ends", while some other effects last until the end of the attacker's next turn, or something like that. That's why I don't bother to label ongoing damage with "save ends". Assume ongoing damage ends on a save unless I say otherwise.
