Soldier Can't be shifted to L11. There is only one square worth of space between these two tables and I deem this square to be L12 (in practice, Soldier is pretty much fighting between the two squares but your ruling purpose I use L12). On the pro side, I won't shift any enemy to L11.
7 Rabbit
7 Rabbit was prone (and still is, since you didn't use a move action to get back up). That meant -2 to his to attacks. Both sill hit, though.
The guard pushed outside by Callen's spell rushes back inside but he howls in pain as the flesh is suddenly stripped off his bone by a flare of light of ancient stars. He falls dead on the spot.
Back inside, Damien is yelling at his cohorts : ''Move, you stupid beasts!''
Only one of the undead dog obeys quickly enough and steps out of the frozen hell before getting seriously hurt.
Damien then strikes at Soldier, taking advantage of his weakened situation to land a blow.
The remaining goon and hound still in the zone of Mri'Thas powerful spell pay dearly for their lack of speed. The goon in particular is cleary barely able to stand.
The hound who had taken a chunk of flesh out of 7 Rabbit instinctively seek to spread his necromantic rabbies to another soft target. It chooses Callen but the wizard manages to avoid the beast's jaws.
The other one persist on Soldier but is not successful either.
The goon near Kama'Zer takes advantage of her dazed state to cut her with a quick slash.
The guard enaged in a deadly struggle with Tsi'Ri makes a daring gambit, moving to flank the warlock even though this puts him in a vulnerable position. It pays off as he gives Tsi'Ri a nasty cut.
Won't concede combat advantage for fighting in teh clutter if bench/table if attacked in melee next round.
The nearly mindless zombies stumble on the scene with little concerns for tactics.
-''No, don't go through the... Argh, you stupid zombie!'' Damien shouts.
The other zombie charge past Damien toward Tsi'Ro. Soldier nearly stops it in its track, striking at its heel from his prone position, but he misses and the zombie moves past him.
Both zombies fail to capitalize on their reckless charge and their attacks are dodged by the warlock and the warlord.
Yet the struggles of the heroes are not over as more noise comes from the basement. Another zombie emerge and yet the mysterious woman on the basement is still shouting:
-''Let go of the ****ing cat and go upstair you ****ing Zombie!''

Mri'Thas decides that there are too many enemies on the battlefield, and with a quick jump back, he sends a pair of magic missiles to the guard near Kama'Zer to free his comrade from one of the two enemies surrounding her. The magical projectiles strike true in the middle of the goon's head. The poor fellow's face explodes in pieces, and the faceless corpse drops heavily on the cooled ground. The last energies of his last spell freezes the chunks of flesh and blood that sprayed out.
Mri'Thas: "Useless primates... " Sheng Zim: "Your existence brings the world out of balance. The chaos I bring shall revert it; unfortunately, your soul will be destroyed in the process."

#1 Where is my token? My T has gone missing.
#2 'It pays off as he gives Tsi'Ri a nasty cut.' However Actions doesn't show any attacks against me.
#3 (w/+1 hit and +3 damage from Ts'iri) I think you meant Kama'Zer JoeNotCharles.
#4 We seem to have 1 too few goons.

As Voda Vosa said. You are the token at M10. Voda suggested it for you. Missing Goon: The one that was pushed outside by Callen's thunderwave and was hit by 7 Rabbit with Dire Radiance fried when he tried to move back in contact. I didn't make the roll for him, he was almost dead but it is reference in the first line of the flavor text.
EDIT: Oh, And I removed the goon that Mri'Thas just killed with his magic missile in his post just above yours, after the last status update. I guess that's the one you were missing.
EDIT2: I made it clearer in the action block which attack was against Tsi'ri. It was mentioned in the link but not in the header.

Still being hounded, literally, Callen smashes the end of his staff into the floor. A bright nimbus of flame forms around the tip, swirling with arcane symbols, then all of a sudden the fire roars out across the room.
Conditionals:
1. if damaged by an attack w/in 2 of any 1 defense use Staff of Defense to prevent the damage.
2. if damaged by an attack > 10hp w/in 4 AC/Ref use Shield to prevent damage.
Is anyone else having trouble following what's going on? People keep saying, "I attack the goon at L4" or wherever, and when I check the map there's nobody there because the goon's moved in a later turn and the battlemap's already been updated. Is there any way to get older versions of the battlemap?
OOC
No, there is no older version of the map. What I like about VB is precisely that I just drag and drop tokens around and that's that.
It's a big fight in term of the number of token involved so I guess it's a little confusing. I'll see what I can do for future similar fight. I'd rather not upload several identical token with a number on them but maybe I could use tiny medallion marker with numbers to distinguish the tokens or something like that.
Kama'zer slaps at the zombie's head with the flat of her blade while pushing at it with her shield to try and move it a step towards the gravehound behind it. Seeing Soldier in a bit of trouble, she barks an order to him "Soldier, fall back towards the kitchen and away from their boss!"
Actions/Stat block
Start= n/a Minor= n/a Standard= Opening shove vs. J10 Zombie reflex 9 (1d20+8=20)
Opening Shove hits, so zombie is pushed back to J11 and Soldier is shifted to K11 then J12 (only shifting 2 instead of 3 due to him being slowed). Move= Kama'zer moves forward one square to J10. End= n/a Other: n/a

OOC: I assume that Castor is still in the corner? I don't see him on the map any longer but didn't see anything about him being killed either.
Tactical OOC: Also, everybody make sure to use an action point sometime this fight since we should get one back after this battle is completed if the skill challenge counted as one encounter and this fight as a second encounter. And remember the +1 to atk and +3 to damage which Kama'zer provides on attacks gained from an action point. Also, if you have a magic item daily power you can use, you might think about using it since getting a milestone after this fight will give everyone another daily magic item power use (just not the same one twice in a day).

It's not that, it's stuff like what just happened - you posted a status update with a map. I'm trying to read each post starting from that and see exactly what happens in each. The first post afterward is, "Mri'Thas attacks the goon at I10". I look at the map, and there is no goon at I10. This confuses me greatly.
Even more confusing is that your post has a summary with all the remaining enemies, and a link to the battlemat, but by the time I read it, some of those enemies aren't on the battlemat anymore!
It's not so bad in this case because there was only one post, but when I miss a couple of days so there are a ton of posts I have a really hard time following.
I see that there's a link on the battlemat to get a snapshot - maybe you could take a snapshot and upload it to an image hosting service every time you post?
Ozy
I don't want to blow my daily power on the first encounter - nobody's even bloodied yet, we're not in that bad shape.
Also, why not make tactical suggestions in this thread where everyone can see instead of PM'ing them?
OK, JNC, I will do that and I am OK about the daily, however I asked Mal about if we reached a milestone after this encounter and he said no but he also divulged that we have to take an extended after this battle
Sorry, I held on to it as long as I could and also I thought you should know what I know(it is only fair), also with Phoenix talking about that we would reach a milestone after this encounter, which Mal told me in a PM the we wouldn't do (OK, I sent a PM specifically asking about it as he missed the question here and didn't answer it)
You haven't even touched Damien yet and he has over 100hp while it is clear there is still a bit more reinforcement in the basement... Meanwhile there has already been one inspiring word spent and Soldier already used his second wind but is still being pressed...
I kind of expected sooner or later you would all conclude that Mri'Thas wasn't being silly when he used his daily!
But let's metagame openly; yes, you will get an extended rest after this.
will post action now, but the action will occur as posted IE after Kama'zer/phoenix, as I trust(/hope?) Kama'zer will push the zombie and shift Soldier accordingly.
Soldier stands up, takes a swing at the undead canine, which rips some flesh of the dark creature and then he move into a strange combat stance also the dark taint, that has troubling the warforged, disappears
Details
Move Action: stand up from prone
Standard Action: Crushing Surge against grave hound(1d20+8-2=16vsAc14, damage: 1d12+5=13points of damage. mark the gravehound and Soldier gains 8 THP)
Minor Action: activate Boundless Endurance stance
7 Rabbit lumbers on the floor like a turtle on its back. Cursing his obesity, he tries to stand, but only makes it to his knees. He stares around wildly: his friends all seem desperately harried. He focuses on the nearest enemy, the gravehound (he can feel the festering necrotic energy in his side as he looks at it) but his star-enhanced sight sees a corona of invisible light already in place there - its fate is already entwined with Ts'iri's, and there is no room for another in that dance. Frantically, he looks around the room for another target - all too far! In desperation he lunges toward a nearby zombie, arm outstretched, his ample belly cushioning his dive. The gravehound's jaws lock around his leg, tearing away more of his flesh, but the sacrifice is worth it: a series of sparks flies out from his hand to orbit zombie's head, and he hears the voices of the stars of his homeland whispering their dire portents into its oblivious ears.
Rabbit sinks back down to the floor after his exertion, muttering,
Magari
"Great forces of the void, guide my hand and keep me safe. Keep me safe. Shield me from my enemies..."
In response, his armour begins to glow with blue-white starlight. The light burns brighter and brighter, painful to look at, bright enough to burn the flesh of his enemies... When it subsides, he flesh has been strengthened and the festering corruption of the gravehound's bite is gone. Only the physical wounds remain.
OOC
Take 5 ongoing necrotic, which wipes out my temp hp.
Move: crawl to K9, provoking an OA from the hound at L13, who has combat advantage because I'm prone: OA at 7 Rabbit (+2 for CA) (1d20+7+2=24, 1d6+3=9) hit for 9 damage. Ouch. I may be overextending myself here.
Minor: curse zombie at J10
Standard: Armor of Agathys: gain 13 thp. Until end of encounter, any enemy starting its turn adjacent to me takes 1d6+4 cold.
My other encounter power makes an enemy grant combat advantage to all my allies, AND take a -3 to AC, for one turn. So when somebody plans to use one of their big dailies, or everyone wants to gang up on somebody, let me know in advance so I can set them up for it.

Now that IC is back up, I've done my rolls for Kama'zers last attack (post #88) and edited them into that post.
@Voda Vosa- Now that I've moved Soldier out of the middle, if you can target that shock sphere at square M13 where it will hit Damien, the gravehound near soldier, and the two foes in front of Ts'iri it might do us all some good by helping to get rid of these smaller enemies so we can focus more on Damien and his 102 hps. I'm trying to get Kama'zer up to Damien so she can make it easier for everyone to hit him. I just have to get close enough and then succeed at the hit roll.
Looks like we're just waiting for Ts'iri's actions to finish this round out if my calculations are correct.
