That's an impressive map, what program did you use to make it?
The Maps
The maps itself I got from WotC (random fitting map). The program is a Mac program called OmniGraffle. Other folks have been using MapTool (which is free) to similar effect.

Kenn clucks his tongue in frustration. Rapier, daggers, pistol crossbow, and a sap. None of which these things will notice.
"I have got to get one of those Aundair kukri."
He flits into the shadows laughing grimly -- mostly because this is incredibly stupid and likely to get him killed.
He appears in between the two beds in the southwest corner of the room.
With the sort of shout he's heard monks give right before they tried things equally stupid, he grabs the bed and does his best to upend it into the two warforged.
The construct combatants lurch towards the living, mindless destruction their only imperative. The one before Mardigan steps to its feet, the scion's retaliatory strike clattering too high. [AoO Misses]. The mass assault the party, one slamming Kenn in the gut, the other almost smashing the paladin's neck. [Kenn hit for 4hp; Possible crit on Rio for 6, Not confirmed]
Laughing maniacally , Kenn weaves under the 'forges flailing arms (AoOs miss) towards the beds. He desperately tries to upturn the bed, but is only partially successful. The upended mass does tangle up the wounded 'forged, however. [Str check to overturn bed two squares fails]]
Kuther' launches a blue bolt at the tangled 'forged . It catches afire a moment, greasy smoke escaping its mouth and eyes momentarily before it collapses in a destroyed heap. Destroyed
As the machine thrums, the detritus of 'forged remains slash and tear at all around it. The shifter roars as it cuts into his flesh! [6hp] He manages to keep it together, focusing on the job. [Not distracted]
The Infernal Machine (Round 2)
Conditions: Yellow Border: Tripped
Note, there is a wall between Mardigan/Rio and the other two forged. Rubble is difficult terrain. The squares near the machine are treated as swarm squares (the swarm cannot move away from them). The swarm cannot be attacked (only destroying the machine gets rid of it).
Rio keeps swinging at his prior target, but his sword lodges in a rotted section of the zombie-warforged, apparently not effecting it. He barely manages to dislodge the blade without being disarmed.
Kenn steps resignedly into square G8, flanking one of the warforged with Rio.
Keeping the thing at rapier's length, he pokes experimentally in a senstive place.
No, I don't want to fight you. I want the hero in the big shiny armor to chop your exposed back in half while you look at me wondering what I'm doing...
Fighting defensively, aiding another to give Rio a +2 to hit.

The door bulges again, as the force of an unknown numbers of animated warforged break against it.
Mardigan shouts as his flail slams the 'forged before him. Its plating and deadened fibers absorb much of the force. [5hp after DR] Across the room, Rio only manages to get his massive blade stuck between the 'forged's plating. [Miss]
With a feral yell, Khoros rips free the second latch. Only one remains! [Disable Device succeeds[/url]]
Almost sensing the shifter's success, the moaning constructs press their attacks. Margidan just dodges at one lunges towards him, while the clumsy swings of the others clearly miss Rio and the busy shifter.
Kenn moves behind the 'forged lurching at Rio, but his ankle gets caught in sheets from the overturned bed, spoiling his attempts to assist. Kuther's luck is similar, his splash of acid hitting harmlessly.
As previous wounds continue to bleed (1hp to Khoros), the agitated combonents continue to tear at him [3hp]. But the shifter keeps it together, focusing on the task at hand. [Not distracted]. The wounds are starting to wear at him, however. [Khoros "bloodied"]
The Infernal Machine (Round 3)
Conditions: Yellow Border: Tripped
Note, there is a wall between Mardigan/Rio and the other two forged. Rubble is difficult terrain. The squares near the machine are treated as swarm squares (the swarm cannot move away from them). The swarm cannot be attacked (only destroying the machine gets rid of it).
With a *crash* a warforged arm breaks through the door. It gropes for a moment, finding the door's release and flings it wide. In the darkness, shadowy forms move with the scraping of metal and wood...
Mardigan continues to assault the 'forged, the flail's bulky mass doing little to the dead fibers of the abomination [3hp after DR] Rio, having ripped his sword free of the warforged, takes another swing, but he's off balance from the debacle and his sword is easily deflected.
Blood in his eyes, warforged bits gouging his flesh, and with no tools, Khoros continues to work at the final latch. His grip starts to slip, but with a heroic surge he manages to remove the last latch!
Then things got worse.
All of the 'forged began to moan like the damned, but even that was drowned out by the horrible screeching coming from the machine. It began to rattle and twist in place, wisps of purple ghostly energy floating around it. The energy seems to be growing.
This is going to be bad...
OOC: All but Mardigan/Rio have their Round 4 actions to restate; I'd like M & R's round 5 action. Everyone gets the impression that nothing good is about to happen...
