Natural Talent [General]
A particular skill just comes naturaly to you. Benefit: Choose one skill when you take this feat. You gain a +2 bonus to the skill, and the skill costs 1 point per rank to purchase, regardless what type of skill it is for your current class. Rank limits for class or cross class skills still apply, and this does not make the skill a class skill. Previously spent skill points are not refunded. Normal: Buying a cross class skill cost 2 skill point per rank. Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time applying to a different skill.

Is there anything WoTC published that is close to this that can be used instead?
Also, is there a chance I can change one of my current character's feat? As I've been playing Koh'Tara, it makes more sense for her than Point Blank Shot which she hasn't used yet (I'd only change out the feat for now, and deal with skill points as I advance).

There is. There's a RoD feat that gives you all cross-class skills for 1 point per (lower cap still applies). No +2 though.

Able Learning gives all cross class skills the 1 per 1 bump. Some others give certain skills as class skills. This essentially gives a cross-class skill the same *value* as a class skill, though it has less *ranks*.
I'm fine with it.

I'm gonna go with Sure, I mean YES on this one. It seems like it should be fine - PCs taking skills outside of their class should be more or less fine. Since it doesn't let anything be a class skill - yeah, it'll work.

I don't object to the rules text of this feat. However, we need to be careful about the precedent of allowing things that are purely player-created and not just a simple twist on something WotC, just because player things are going to possibly interact weirdly with WotC things and cause me to have to ban new WotC things because of this. With Natural Talent, I think we made a feat so airtight that this won't happen, but in 90% of cases, I'm going to have to shoot down new material that is not just a simple twist on a WotC thing for LEB.
I'm not going to vote yes due to that precedent and possible cries of later people of 'unfair' when I vote theirs down, but I won't vote no either.

And yes, I like Natural Talent because it is fairly airtight, yet usable in many situations, from characters who have a skill as a class skill but not as a current class skill, to characters that want to add some tallen to a skill that's normaly cross class (which is painfull with a double cost and half max limit).
