Lanharath's Oath flows into Valahad and Il-Yannah's will blesses Valahad with an additional chance of vengence!
OOC
Lanharath will use an Immediate Interrupt to use Divine Guidance on Valahad, granting him a re-roll, which should apply to both rolls, since he has placed his Oath on BB1. I will post again for Lan's actions after we determine the results of Valahad's re-rolls.
"Come Spawn of Evil. Let's dance in the dark together, shall we?" Sheeva raises her voice
Actions
Doh, doh, doh! Forgot Sheeva's Storm's Embrace ability last round. Won't see that again for a few more encounters.
And, my one slide last round was illegal. Didn't affect anything, but Doh!
- Minor Action: Cloud of Darkness
- Standard Action: Bedeviling Burst Bugbear 3 for 16 damage and pushing him to N8, +2 to hit for Combat Advantage;
Note: cannot push him to N9, that was a typo
14 hit, 16 damage 14 vs Will, a slim chance that will hit against Will
If the attack hits and pushes him:
- Move Action: to M8 followed by Stealth roll
If the attack misses him:
- Move Action: to M8 through difficult terrain of Pok's square Q10, followed by Stealth roll
Remember, any foe in the darkness is blind and is at -10 to perceptions against her Stealth. If foes try to move through her square, she will let them pass by before taking attacks of opportunity. Otherwise, any non-shift movement, she will take an OA at +2 Combat Advantage.
Opportunity Attacks AC 21 for 3 damage Bugbear 3, AC 19 for 5 damage Hob Bow 1, AC 28 for 6 damage Hob Bow 2
If the attack hits and pushes Bugbear 3:
"Pok. Go help the others."
If the attack misses Bugbear 3:
"The bugbear is yours Pok."

renau1g,
You mentioned that it was a dark night. How dark is it outside? I was thinking of fighting from out in the dark in a future round, but wasn't sure how you would be running that?

Yep yep! You can thank my Divine Distraction feat for that little bonus I used my Divine Guidance power to allow you to reroll your attack rolls, don't forget to post those results. Once those results are done, I'll post Lan's actions.
Moving out of the darkness, the invisible wizard places himself where his illusion can be easily woven. Pok invades the minds of the archers once again, sending waves of negative thoughts and feelings toward them.
Then, knowing they would attempt a reprisal, Pok pulled a vial out of his robes, and placed his thumb on the stopper.
Standard Horrid Whispers, burst 1 centered on L9, +9 vs Will (+2 from CA as well); 1d6+8 psychic damage, and the target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends both). Aftereffect: Pok knocks the target prone. Miss: The target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of Pok's next turn.
Lanharath circles around the source of his enmity like a wolf stalking his prey. Lunging forward, his longsword flashes out of its scabbard with a golden light as it streaks towards it's target.
Actions
-Move: Move from K12 > L11 > M12.
-Minor Action: Draw Sword
-Standard: Leading Strike against BB1: IC is down right now, but Lanharath would get the better of two rolls of 1d20+12+2(flanking) and will deal 1d8+8+1(val is adjacent to my oath target) damage. Additionally, this will give Valahad a +4 bonus to damage BB1 on his turn (this includes the Divine Distraction bonus).
Stats
Lanharath d'Medani XP 3750
Male Kalashtar Avenger 4
Medium natural humanoid
Initiative +2; Senses Passive Insight 19, Passive Perception 27
HP 45/45, Bloodied 22, Surge Value 11, Surges 8/8
AC 19 (21 while bloodied); Fortitude 15, Reflex 17, Will 19
Saving Throws +2 to all saving throws while bloodied (Bloodthread Cloth Armor +1)
Resist 10 Force
Speed 6
Melee Basic Attack with Vicious Longsword: +7 vs AC; 1d8+3 damage
Ranged Basic Attack with Repeating Crossbow: +4 vs AC; 1d8 damage
Powers: Bond of Censure, Leading Attack Bastion of Mental Clarity Abjure Undead/Divine Guidance
Oath of Enmity
Pass at Arms
Fury's Advance
Loyal Sanction Strength of Many
Bloodthread Cloth Armor Bloodied Property - Not in effect at this time. Brooch of Shielding Daily
Note: Due to Lanharath's Divine Distraction feat, if Lanharath is adjacent to his Oath of Enmity target, all allies gain a +1 bonus to damage against Lanharath's Oath of Enmity target. You do NOT have to be adjacent to the Oath of Enmity target to gain this bonus, but it is appreciated (see below for an explanation of why)!
Second Note: Due to Lanharath's Censure of Unity class ability, he gains a +1 bonus to damage (against his oath of enmity) for every ally that is adjacent to his oath of enmity. PLEASE get adjacent to Lanharath's Oath of Enmity as much as possible, thanks!
Just FYI, if my attack did hit Bugbear 3, he is standing at N8, not P10.
Pok might want to adjust where he is targeting and standing based on the resolution of that.
Pok's turn
In light of that information, this is what Pok's turn looks like...
After being hit, Pok used Fade Away and became invisible
Move P9, no longer blinded by cloud of darkness
Standard Horrid Whispers, burst 1 centered on M9, +9 vs Will (+2 from CA as well); 1d6+8 psychic damage, and the target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends both). Aftereffect: Pok knocks the target prone. Miss: The target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of Pok's next turn.
Lan does not have line of effect or line of sight to Val. So, he cannot use his Divine Guidance. There's a wall in the way. Effects, even the ones that can go for distances of 10 like Divine Guidance, need a line of effect.
And if Val's Righteous Smite does hit, it doesn't affect Pok due to range. It also does not affect Lan because of line of effect. This applies to effects that are part of Hit lines as well as Effect lines.
So from what I can tell, Val missed and Lan never used his Divine Guidance.
Don't want to be a pain, but I do want to follow the rules, especially clear cut ones like these.

Doesn't Lan have LoE from the bottom corners of his square? I know how the doors are pictured, it looks like there is a gap, but shouldn't they be treated as taking up the whole square?
I don't see how. The wall comes down to the grid (and beyond into the L row if you look on the original picture). The door is on the L row, not the K row. The K row has a wall. "If every imaginary line you trace to a target passes through or touches a solid obstacle, you don’t have line of effect to the target." The imaginary line along the grid between K12/L12 and K14/L14 "passes through or touches" the wall.
To better illustrate this, you can see on the illustration on page 281 of the PHB the exact same situation where the origin square of the burst does not have line of effect to the square two to the left behind the wall, but it does two to the left and one down. So, Lan could affect L14, but not K13, K14, K15, etc.

River shift away from the bugbear and shot his divine light at on of the ones who are on Valahad back.
Valahad chokes and struggles as the wizards spell pulls him outside. The bugbears attacks are of little importance as he deflects one with his shield and another clangs off his armor. Not needing his voice to speak, he communicates with the bugbear. "I've had enough of you. The darkness of Khyber flows within your hearts. It will be your undoing. Hope conquers hate." The kalashtar slashes heavily with his blade, the metal not as strong as his faith.

Sorry Val
"Come Spawn of Evil. Let's dance in the dark together, shall we?" Sheeva raises her voice and the words slam into the bugbear, sending him sprawling and the darkness envelops her and Pok.

renau1g,
You mentioned that it was a dark night. How dark is it outside? I was thinking of fighting from out in the dark in a future round, but wasn't sure how you would be running that? It's nighttime so it'd be considered dim light from the moonlight. Feel free to move wherever you'd like, it'll igve you more room the area continues for a while in each direction so don't feel constrained to the home
"Pok. Move through the darkness towards the others. It will hide and protect you, and claw at your foes."

Miss: The target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of Pok's next turn. - vs will (1); (2); psychich (1d20 9=11, 1d20 9=19, 1d6 8=13) Hits 2, misses 1 for 13 dmg.
Pok becomes visible
Minor pull out healing potion.
-Standard: Leading Strike against BB1:vs ac; vs ac; dmg (1d20 14=31, 1d20 14=18, 1d8 9=14) hits AC 31 for 14 damage. Additionally, this will give Valahad a +4 bonus to damage BB1 on his turn (this includes the Divine Distraction bonus). Although this trigger's River's Astral Seal and the healing is wasted.
From the shadow of the bugbear that Lan just hit steps a drow wielding a wickedly curved falchion and he slashes the bugbear deeply before the creature can even react. He then points the blade at the other bugbear, leaving himself open to attack from the one next to him and it swings at the drow, who dodges the clumsy strike and Valahad punishes it. A black dart flings from the blade and slams into the bugbear, leaving it surrounded with a misty-gloom.
The hobgoblin with the wand moves to the south and points the wand towards the newcomer. A blast of force emanates from it, the drow dodges part of it, but Valahad isn't so lucky as the wall of force slams into him and sends him onto his back. The drow turns insubstantial in response to the blast
The bugbear's sense weakness and descend upon the fallen paladin. The less injured one slams his mace into the paladin's head and leaves him seeing stars.
The one that the drow stabbed turns and his mace clips the slight figure upside the head despite its shadowy form, sending him sprawling to the ground.
The bugbear next to Pok also connects solidly with his mace and knocks the gnome prone as well, leaving his head swimming.
The archers both fire off their missiles at Pok, but the massive bugbear actually helped him by making the gnome an even smaller target.
ooc
bb 1 takes OA on drow misses, triggers Val's mark.
hob with wand moves away and uses Force pulse - Val's hit for 14, pushed and knocked prone, drow is missed, but takes some residual effect
bug 2 - hits Val with Skullthumper, causing 13 damage, & dazed (save ends)
River will move to P10 and use Hymn of Ressurgence (so every dazed people can try to save) and an AP to use Healer's Mercy (which means 3 people will be able to use a HS). But I'm not sure what Line of sight I will have from this place toward Val (the most important) and everyone else.
So, except Lan, you all have interest to wait for my action to be done before acting...
