OOC - I honestly had forgotten about the armor but yes I did take all the bonuses into account to hit, I just rolled really bad. How good of an AC can an unarmored kobold caster have?

Since IC is down, I'll just use my physical dice. You'll just have to trust me.
Rohna's armor flows over her body like lava down a mountainside as she swings her hammer around her head and brings it down on the caster again. The caster steps out of the way at the last moment. Rohna's growls in frustration, her voice rumbling like thunder. Mitra moves over the fallen storekeeper.

Better than a 17 You did roll quite bad though, if it makes you feel any better.
Surging with energy drawn through his blade and the infusion of primal energy gifted to him by the city herself, Cleaver charges across the way at one of the kobolds companions. The warrior's axe cuts it's way through the reins of the horses. The sudden action of the warforged spooks the animals which take off down the street, past Roswyn.
Rumbling along in near complete silence, Cleaver speaks a short calm sentence, devoid of emotion as his great axe swings forward from behind his shoulder.
Surrender would have been a more tactically sound decision.
The kobold tries to duck the blow at the last second, but it's too late. The massive weapon catches him in the shoulder, and the kobold yelps in pain.

You can't use foe to foe on the charge, it's not a basic attack, but I'll roll for howling strike(that is a basic attack) for you: 1d20+7=17; 1d12+2d6+5=8+1+5+5=19. That is just barely a hit.
Roswyn rolls her eyes as Harkin bursts out of the skycoach. The hardest part of this job isn't the opposition... it's getting your damn fool client to listen to your advice...
She steps out of the coach and holds her orb aloft to catch the sunlight. The crystal briefly gleams with white light, then a prism of colors leaps out towards the side of the wagon. It expands and pools around the feet of the remaining kobold slinger, where it scintillates enticingly.
"HARKIN!" she screams, her voice kind of shrill, but also a little motherly from having to talk to her brother. "GO AROUND THE LIGHTS, GO THROUGH THE WAGON! THEN GRAB YOUR PA AND PULL HIM INTO THE WAGON!"
ooc
You can roll the attacks for the kobolds, assuming IC is up before the next update. You can pull them wherever you wish, just remember each square you pull it has to be closer to the pattern.

Sick 'em, Doggie! calls Tondrek. The iron construct responds with serrated teeth empowered by his creator. Tondrek then gathers more lightning on the staff to blast the nearest foe: The ball rattles the nearby windows as its strikes with arcane might!
Action
Minor to have Doggie attack W (with bonus from Magic Weapon/Flanking): AC 21, 7. Then Static Shock against W if its up, against nearest kobold otherwise: Another Crit!, 21 lightning damage and target takes -3 to damage roll on next attack.
I'm pretty sure that will hit K2 and S1 but not W. Hopefully W will be dead, anyway.
Pull K2: P14->Q15->Q16
Pull S1: P16->Q17
And both are slowed until end of Roswyn's next turn.
Sick 'em, Doggie! calls Tondrek. The iron construct responds with serrated teeth empowered by his creator. Doggie rips out the kobolds throat, and shakes the spellcaster like a rat, before dropping the creature into a pool of growing blood.
Tondrek then gathers more lightning on the staff to blast the nearby slinger. Sparks dance among the kobolds limbs and the ball of lightning rattles the nearby windows as its strikes with arcane might, nearly knocking the kobold to it's knees!
ooc
Killed the spellcaster, hit the slinger. IC does like you.
Roswyn's pattern takes hold of the two kobolds near it. The pair lazily walk towards it, one standing right in the middle of the pattern and trying to touch it. When that fails, they both seemingly snap out of it.
The kobold holding javelins, jerks it's head around and sees the vulnurable warforged, and maybe an avenue to escape. It makes it's way towards the barbarian, but it's mind is still enamored with the pattern, and it resistfully walks away. On the other side of the battlefield, the other skirmishing kobold steps to flank with it's ally. Both kobolds strike at the same time. One's javelin rips into the stone and woody tendons on his forearm, the second drives into the small of his back.
The slinger, still standing in the pattern, hurls a burning pot at the drow, but the pot flies over his head and crashes into the ground behind him. Flames dance momentarily, but then flicker out as there was nothing to fuel them any longer. The kobold, distracted by the pattern steps away from the larger group.
The other pair of kobolds, seeking the one that killed their companion, avoids the jaws of the spirit bear and the now heavily armored goliath. They charge the dark elf, bringing their javelins to bear. The drow gives them a frightful glance and the kobolds can't meet his glare, their weapons sliding uselessly along the road.
Harkin, with the kobolds now getting closer to him follows the gnome's advice, in part at least. The halfling teen circles around the wagon, moving toward his father. "PA! PA! Wake up!" Ronald stirs slightly, but doesn't awake.
The man with the aircoach puffs up his chest and climbs aboard. "I didn't know you planned on murdering them! Guards! Guards!" The coach slowly rises into the air and moves away.

Grasping Shadows (area 1) is incoming on K2 and S1... if you prefer Roswyn to hit K1 and K2, move out of the way... best possible world would be if you could somehow switch places with K1 or otherwise move him so the area could hit all three!
Also, I can hit you with a Healing Word if you like, seems like you could use it.

You forgot CA from the globe of darkness, so you hit one of them. Dark dashed border around you is your darkness(which Tondrek is standing in as well)

She spurs Natasha southwest and then charges into the flank of the burning kobold, bringing the edge of her shield around in a deadly arc. The shield slams into the kobold, knocking it's already lifeless body several feet into the air before it bounces to a stop. Though it lies on it's stomach, it's eyes look towards the tops of the towers of Sharn.

OOC
I always type foe to foe when I mean howling strike, foe to foe just sounds like the one you'd use when charging from "foe to foe". Also as an aside why did you use 1d20+7? I read it as 1d20+7(Stat+1/2 lvl+Enhancement)+2(Prof)+1(charging). Not that it matters since I hit anyway, but just checking :P
Unfortunately my specialty does not lie in moving enemies unless you count moving them onto the floor. I'm going to smash K1 then move, so keep it as is. Also a healing word would be great, Cleaver is a little too self assured and will wait longer before healing himself.

I accidently transposed the numbers. I rolled a 7 and put that in there instead of what your bonus was. So it should have read: 1d20+10=17. Thanks for catching it, even though I knew what I meant in my head.

"Well, I did say it was a matter of life and death..." Roswyn mutters. She shakes her head, confident that she can get any authorities to see things her way, and focuses on the matter at hand.
Despite herself, Roswyn is impressed at the warforged barbarian's deadly skill as he mows his way through the hapless kobolds. "Good one, big guy!" she calls out as he drops yet another foe. "Let me give you a hand..." She twirls her orb above her head, and as the kaleidescopic colors of the hypnotic pattern fade, they are replaced by a field of smoky, half-seen tentacles that grasp at the kobold slinger and the adjacent kobold warrior.
