1. Sin City as a movie! I love Sin City. I bet it'll suck.
2. There's no way they could capture the visuals, easily the most important part.
3. Meh. I'll go have a look anyway. I'm such a fanboy.

5. Damn! That looks awesome! And it looks right, too!
6. How did they cram so many stories into one movie?
7. Miller is co-directing? That's a great decision!
8. Rodriguez has directed before? And I liked some of his stuff? Cool!
9. Where do I buy my ticket!?
In a nutshell. Thanks for the badass link, John. And you should go read the books.

The movie looks pretty good, but I'm not too sure about Mickey Rourke as Marv. :\

6. How did they cram so many stories into one movie?
Sin City is many things, most good, but long detailed stories aren
not one of them. Seeing that several of the books take place at
the same time, anyway, I'm extremely psyched about they way
they're going.

Yeah, I've had the feeling for years just from word of mouth that I would like the comics. I'm smack in the middle of a comic book/graphic novel renaissance so I may actually get around to it one day.
The odd thing is that I've been following this movie for a while now because Rodriguez is directing and I like his stuff. The dark feel is something I really dig, as well. That would make it a must see at this point for me.
