Mark, Demetri, Gough and MI6 agent Fiona Banks investigate a Blue Hand club. A surprise visit sends Aaron back to square one about his late daughter. Demetri finally tells the truth to Zoey. Nicole volunteers at the hospital and decides to help Bryce with his flashforward

Now I see why they didn't give any indications about changing the future. They wanted to make their own episode of it, give it some space and personal impact.

What I got from the blue hand group was that those people are causing their own flash forward. The only reason they saw nothing was because they killed themselves for not seeing nothing.

Overall the episode was very good.

I was pretty "meh" about most of the episode until Al did his thing. I yelled "Finally!" at my TV and look forward to the next episode.

I still think the show needs to do a better job making the audience care about these characters.
