I've got to disagree. I really enjoyed this episode, and thought they moved the plot along just fine. I especially liked the flashbacks.

I was a big fan of this episode. I've always liked Julian Sands, and I think they did a great job of tying together lots of Jor-El/Krypton stuff both from earlier seasons but also the movies. Wonderful!
