    So starship weapons convert 1d6 starship damage = 10d6 ground damage. A basic Chen Zua weapon with 1d6 ballistic damage (10d6) costs 3,000 cr. Comparatively, The:Blitzkrieg XX-1 Railgun In Pimp my ride does 9d6 ballistic damage and costs 120,000cr. That's 1d6 less damage than a standard Chen Zua Micro Blaster. These numbers are terrible.     You can also use the same elements to make a ground base, including starship weapons as turrets. Very dangerous but only shoot once per minute. Once per round in starship combat, but once every 10 rounds in ground combat.

    Also, like vehicles and Mechs, reducing it to Half health disables it. Using the Object rules from NEW -Small 70 HP, Medium-150, Large-250, Enormous-450, Gigantic-700, Colossal-1100, Titanic-1500 Enjoy ;)

    First off, Starship weapons can only be fired once per round and each round is one minute. Correct? So a ship weapon should only be able to be fired once every 10 rounds when on the ground against non-starships (PCs etc.) Now, taking a starship weapon, get the turret upgrade, dedicated computer and a dedicated power source.     A reason to get better quality shields: The PC or NPC chooses to take the hit from an attack that he knows he can't dodge, drops his weapons and uses both hands to hold his shield and weathers the onslaught.     I feel that I would allow the picking up of a trait every 3-4 grades possibly without a cost. I have experienced traits as being underused. If your group loves and uses the trait all the time, there may be no need at all to get a new one. Whatever fits the group I think

    When you create your game in roll20 you can select a huge number of character sheets from loads of systems that aren't normally listed. This includes WOIN. There are tow layouts also to choose from. Some editing needs to be done on them to bring them fully up to date. But they are very much usable. Yep - found them when I was playing around in Roll20 yesterday B-)... What editing needs to be done (not a techie here!)?

    If you base it off an average party grade (which is fine, if you prefer that), then people aren't getting the same effective gain each time. Some are getting more than a tenth of their next grade, some are getting less than a tenth. Yeah, that is exactly what I was suggesting. By slightly boosting those who have fallen behind (or slightly holding back the folks who are ahead), the party will tend to converge on the same grade, as a constant difference in XP will shrink relative to the amount needed for a new grade. I think that a group that is mostly the same grade will be more cohesive, as everyone can contribute to a similar degree. If some characters are way ahead of others (e.g. always a full grade ahead, or seven tenths of a grade or whatever), the ones in the lead may do most of what needs to be done, not just because their players are the most dynamic or creative, but because their characters are also the most capable. This is most notable at low grades, where each step from grade 3 t...

Those aren't specified for helms, but I could definitely see allowing them to include eliminating the defense and initiative penalties that some helm types start with. 2. An exceptional quality helm is required if you want to enchant it. 3. An exceptional quality black metal helm is required if you want to give it 2-3 enchantments. ....those are official. Now, a couple unofficial ideas... 4. Items have HP and soak for when someone attempts to destroy/damage them. While there's no explicit rules for damaging a helm, it seems very reasonable to me that higher quality construction could add HP, soak, or both. 5. On the more story-side, I could see a unique, famous, or obviously expensive helm reasonably contributing to REP roles in some cases. It's basically like carrying a giant flag saying you're a noble/badass/guy who was able to steal this from the famous badass owner.

    On a side note, your trait can also becomes like a Hook-Quirk as in the Universal Upgrades book. I would recommend looking there for designing a great RP character Universal Upgrades is v1.1. -- most of that content has been subsumed into various v1.2. books and updated.

    Poison would be a trait added onto an attack, like a bite is Piercing and Poison (which can be done as an upgrade) and the victim is only moved on the status track when hit with a Critical, therefore Vital defence never comes into the equation. Okay, so I an error of the word order sort. I'll correct that: At my table, the poison bite attack targets vital defense, but I consider them as having two different effects. Generally, it takes an attack vs MELEE to hit with the bite attack. If the attack is successful, on the next round, the attack is rolled a second time against VITAL. On a successful hit, the opponent gains a 1st-degree Poisoned Condition (or 2nd degree, if the attack Crits.).

    If you attack twice with one weapon in your dominant hand, you get a free attack with the other, e.g. a shield punch or your second pistol. But if you don't have the ambidextrous trait you suffer a -2d6 penalty. If you got an accelerated weapon also, you could attack twice, get another attack for the acceleration and another free attack with the other hand for a total of 4 attacks in one round. Thanks again! I missed these exceptions. In the case where i was looking to apply it, they were trying to use Accelerate (Displace 5, for an extra action) and Speed Flurry (Displace 4, for 2 attacks in one action) to be able to stand still and make 4 attacks a round for 1 minute. Maybe this is allowed, but it seemed awfully powerful for some Grade 6 character.

    So let's say you use these rules, with the bonus doubling with the use of a shield, does this mean all shields? Or does vary with shield? Good question! I think my original idea was any shield, but it would make more sense to get a bigger bonus for a bigger shield. Maybe add the shield value again (yes I know it is then added 2x, but on the defense, shields are really good!) It might be too much, but that is why I am looking for some feedback. :)
