I'm a casual gamer who homebrews in his spare time. I'm always up for a game, as long as it's not wargaming (shudder). I DM... but I'm working on it. I'm more of a concept designer than anything else. I currently play D&D 3.5 and 4.0, Serenity, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Mechanical Dream, Scion, World of Darkness, and Legend of the Five Rings. I like to make new rules to allow character concepts, rather than work around the rules to make the closest match. I'd rather play a weak character than a broken character, as long as I have a part in the story.

- I'm currently playing in a Legend of the Five Rings campaign, a Walmart Apocalypse game (Serenity rules), and I homebrew TONS of stuff for D&D 3.5.

- I'm currently playing Bernadette, a dual-katana bushi in Lot5R (blatant copy of Bernadette from Flipside comics). Defensive fighter who RPs a lot, but is also a killing machine.
Also, I'm playing Matt "Patches" Matt, an insane generalist character from Serenity. Walmart Apocalypse setting. He has Leaky Brainpan (Major) and hallucinates no less than 5 times per 6-hour session. Throw in a nail gun and tattered brown clothing and you get the picture.
