- We prefer mature gamers, age is not the factor. We do goof off at the table from time to time, as all of us are laid back, but none of us have a DM vs player attitude, however we will smite your character if he does something stupid. This is not personal we do it to each other, and whether the character survives the lapse in judgement or not we laugh about it later. We have 3 DM's, and one aspiring DM. To get back on the mature topic. We don't mind powerful characters, but trying to break the game is not cool*. Other than the fore mentioned things we all have our own DM'ing styles and are open to ideas if you have and may bend the rules if you can justify it for your character.
I guess I should explain that smite thing. Here is an example. If you don't say you are tumbling or casting on defensive to avoid an AoO we will not ask are you sure. We will roll the dice, and tell you if you got hit and for how much damage if you got hit.
