I'm intending 4E Refactored as really just a catchphrase, but its only semi-satirical. There is an interesting case to be made that 4E didn't change the game enough. That it changed too much or didn't change the right things are also interesting ideas, but they fall out of scope for a refactoring approach to house rules and game mods.
So the theme of this blog (or the idea of it anyway) will be to explore refining 4th Edition rules and setting to emphasize new content while culling legacy artifacts without changing any essential interfaces.
Or something like that.
