- We are currently looking for some new players to join our 3.5 D&D group which meets every other Friday from about 7 pm - 1 am on the NW side of Chicago (Jefferson Park). Most of us have been playing D&D for 25+ years. We take the game seriously but still do plenty of joking around and laughing.
Here is a quick survey to see if you would fit with our group:
1) Do you answer your phone at home/work with, "Hail and well met?"
2) Do you do your shopping/banking/etc. dressed as Drizzt or one of your other favorite D&D characters?
3) Do you have a shrine in your home/parent's basement containing the papier-mâché bust of Gary Gygax lovingly crafted from the pages of a first edition fiend folio and your own saliva?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, there is probably a gaming group (or support group) out there for you, only ours is not it. If however, you want to hang out with some good people every other week and have some fun, then I'm sure you'd fit in perfectly. - Currently Playing
