I've been reading your character sheet thread.
Someone mentioned the problem of the human ability score needing to be reset manually. Here's a version of the spreadsheet with a small change to the formulas in 'Abilities and Class'!C4:C9 to avoid this problem.
Now, it only adds in the Human bonus if race is selected as Human. If not, it just ignores whatever's in the human stat box.
I also made a small change to the cost column (P4:P9) to remove the offset function, since there was a much more elegant way to achieve the same thing. I thought you might find the technique useful.
