The editor has been having problems lately since the server doesn't send out some files for some reason (as far as I understand), but your problem is the first of that type that I hear. It may be related, though.
Micheal Morris hopes that the server upgrade will take care of that problem.

That particular error is indicative of RC4 and was corrected in the gold release. During the upgrade we'll be going to 3.0.3 and that should fix the problem.
I am receiving this error (exactly as listed in the original post) constantly. Just FYI.
