Three threads with the same topic in Rules

Since the reporting function is still down, I figured I'd bring this up here.

There are currently three threads in the Rules forum that all address the same topic.

The original:
Cleaving after an AoO

The first spinoff, that's pretty much the same thing:
Using Summoned Creatures to gain an AoO

And the most recent, a poll:
Would you allow this feat?

Can a mod please do something about this? The poll definetally belongs in House Rules, and I think the second thread that was started is simply unneeded. I was willing to overlook to second thread at first because it looked like the original thread was going to die, but now all three are hanging around and its getting kinda ridiculus.

Now, it's 1 AM here and I'm currently insufficiently awake to figure out what to do with the first two threads (16 and 7 pages, respectively).

I agree that the poll should be in House Rules and have moved it there, though.

Lastly, FYI, there's a new 'report post' button at the bottom right of every post.

Actually, Darkness, the Report Post is gone from both places that it used to be.

I think that's a user group problem. I'm getting lots of reported posts from regular users and community supporters, anyway, and can see the button myself as well.

Hm. It could also be a forum skin problem. What style are you using?

It is. At least Electric Blue is missing the link, and only has the exclamation sign. I guess the new styles are missing the link atm.

Yeah. I remember Michael mentioning that he'd removed it until the new server is up. I had assumed it was for all the styles, but I guess it is just the new ones.

The new styles aren't designed to be used with the temporary report post function. If you need to report a post you need to switch to the current default style.

After the upgrade the ! symbol will go back to working normally.

I'd recommend shutting down the shorter or the two (Using Summoned Creatures to gain an AoO) for two reasons: 1. It was the second thread started, and is the one that is in violation of the rules, and 2. It's been pretty snarky as of late. Much more so than the other thread.

Good to know. I think the sticky at the top of Meta should be changed to make people aware of this (it currently tells people that the report function isn't working).
