Is this okay to post in the Publishers forum?

Indie Press Revolution has both d20 and non-d20 products and the new member listed in this press release is releasing a non-d20 product. So I was wondering if this okay to post in the Publishers forum?

INDIE PRESS REVOLUTION SIGNS A NEW MEMBER!
Timfire Publishing debuts with intriguing game of trust, betrayal, and fate among ronin samurai

New York, NY – December 23, 2004 – Indie Press Revolution has signed Timfire Publishing as its newest member. Timfire Publishing's debut project is The Mountain Witch, a self-contained RPG adventure about a group of ronin samurai in mythical medieval Japan who accept a deal that no one else will take - to attempt an assault on the Mountain Witch of Mount Fuji!

"The ronin carry more than just their weapons into the Mountain Witch's fortress," says Timothy Kleinert of Timfire Publishing. "They each hold a dark Fate, that when revealed will test their own courage and the trust of the company."

The Mountain Witch mixes elements from Japanese mythology, horror, and gangster heist movies to create a dark samurai fantasy about trust, betrayal, and confronting one's fate. It utilizes a simplified resolution system, player-created Fates, and innovative Trust mechanics that gives relying on others both a tangible benefit and risk.

"For me, The Mountain Witch really captures the sense of paranoia you see in a film like 'Reservoir Dogs'," says Ed Cha of Indie Press Revolution. "And yet it can build friendships among players in a truly unique way. Astounding!"

"There are four acts in the game," adds Brennan Taylor of Indie Press Revolution. "One involves the characters confronting their choices and having to deal with their Fates. Honor is crucial. The Mountain Witch is both emotionally powerful and exciting."

The Mountain Witch has already been getting raves reviews by designers and playtesters alike. Ron Edwards, author of the Diana Jones Award-winning Sorcerer, called The Mountain Witch "an outstanding alpha game" with "very high fun factor".

Christopher Kubasik, who helped playtest the game, had this to say about The Mountain Witch:
"Wow! Amazing... What's happening with people poking and prodding RPGs today is exciting as all hell-- and The Mountain Witch is a gleaming example of how cool games are right now."

The Mountain Witch includes monsters like Yukki-Onna, the Witch's winter ghost mistress, and Tokutaro-San, an enchanted doll that looks like a normal boy, but looking closer is revealed to made of cloth. There is also a sleeping giant who awakens to defend the Witch's fortress, giant spiders that appear like piles of dirty clothes when curled up, and more.

The Mountain Witch should be available for purchase in February 2005 at Indie Press Revolution.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to get this brand-new and fascinating RPG.

Sure. It probably won't make it to the news page, though.
