Could I get a bit of help from a Mod going to GenCon?

I've started to try and officially get people signed up for various ENWorlder pickup games at GenCon in THIS THREAD. I was going to add a "sign up sheet" in the first post to keep track of what games are being run, when and who is participating in them.

I've done this in the past for some of the early NC Game Days but this is probably going to involve a LOT more people and I'm not confident in my ability to keep the signup sheet updated considering my schedule for the next couple months. What I need is the help of a Mod who can periodically come in and update the post to reflect new games and players that have been posted in the thread. I'll do the best I can to keep up with the posts but I could use someone to take up my slack when I'm busy with work and on family vacations.

Anybody willing to help with that?

I would be willing to just start a new thread. I could update it as often as needed. I'm not planning on going anywhere before Gen Con.

I kind of hate to start a new thread when the existing one is just starting to get some momentum. Let's make a final call on this tomorrow. I might see if I can rope Henry into helping us.

A mod could always merge the old thread with the der_kluge's new thread. Just an idea to throw out there...

I think I'll just go ahead and put the schedule in the first post and go from there. I'm going to be gone the week of July 4th and probably out of computer contact but I've go no other extended breaks after that. If I can get Henry or somebody to help me out with that one week then I should be fine. So...
