Earlier on this evening I was able to use quote wrap tags, colour tags etc. in response to other peoples comments. However about an 0.5 - 1 hours ago it wouldn't allow me to do so.

I would say click the colour tag drop down and it would just say colour and not give all the colour options.

It won't allow me to use smilies either!

Dar, every once in a while this happens on an incomplete page load. I've noticed it myself a few times, but refreshing the page seems to fix it. It maybe happens once every three or four days for me, and then only on one page load.
