I click the link - it tells me I am logged out, but when I go back to the index I am still logged in and can still post as myself and have my mod powers, etc. . .
I have tried using a new browser window and clearing my cookies to no avail!

When you cleared the cookies did you clear all cookies or only the EN World ones. If you went for only the EN World ones make sure you deleted all the www.enworld.org ones. I know if I scroll my cookie list I see enworld.cyberstreet.com ones well before I get down to the www.enworld.org ones. If you clear all of those you should be logged out at that point.

I had this happen to me on one PC that I use occasionally as well, in IE. I don't remember exactly how I managed to finally log out, but I know I cleared the cache, deleted all cookies, and deleted all history from the browser. I may have had to close IE as well, and restart it.
