I don't know if this is the spot to do it or not, but...
Given the participation of this thread, I believe we have enough support to run a Living Superhero game at Enworld in a mold similar to Living Enworld. Our own forum would be usefull as it has been usefull in Living Enworld.
I know at least 3 moderators have shown interest in it, as well as several other dedicated posters as well as players in LEW. We have had over 20 people officialy vote about participating and how they want to set it up, so we're ready to take the next step of actualy creating the world, setting up the ground rules, and starting the first adventures.
If there is anything else that needs to be done to accomidate that forum, please let me know, or drop a line in the thread mentioned above.
I know I'm willing to take a personal interest and responsability to see this gets off the ground.

We generally create new forums when traffic warrants it - in other words, when there are a lot of threads about a given subject. At present, there appears to be exactly one thread about this!
If, in a couple of months, it appears to have taken off and be thriving, and there are lots of new threads still being posted on the subject, we'll certainly consider it.
So far there is only one thread because it was the interest thread, now that we are sure there is interest, there will be 6-10 theads popping up all at once. It'll be following the Living Enworld Format, ie multiple Adventure threads, a congregating thread, adventure proposals threads, etc.
As long as we are on the topic of new sub-forums, I believe a 4ed speculation forum be developed to divert those topics from the current forums they are using.

My worry is that to build interest and stand out, a new forum would make it significantly easier to filter out. As we'll probably need a good 5-10 threads to finish the organizing to keep things organized that would then be spread between the Talking the Talk and Playing the Game forums (A judge nomination/set thread, Rules thread, world creation thread, character thread, home base thread, a thread per adventure, a general discussion thread, and proposal threads). I was hoping for ease of organization to get a forum for it, but if you'd prefer we stick it out for a bit to make sure it's used, I guess forum topics would be a good start then.

That seems reasonable for the moment. I'll leave it to the PbP mods, though, because they're more familiar with stuff in those there parts, but I certainly have no objection to that.
Living Enworld survived some time without a subforum of its own, I am sure this will too. I'm sure some organization threads can be consolidated into one (and adventure proposals traditionally are mailed to the judges, not posted for everyone to see).
That said, I think we will get a subforum, but I obviously can't make any promises.
