I've been trying to send PMs to the people who played in my TerpCon game, and I am failing.

They all have the PM option under their title, but none can receive them.

If a member is not authorized to receive PMs, or has chosen not to, is it possible to have the option to send one to them NOT appear in the drop-down under their username?

They have to be a community supporter, or at least pay for the PM option. Have you checked to see if they have all done so?

I think the question is more a feature request. If the person cannot receive PMs, either due to a choice, or lack of account access, do not show PM as an option to contact the person.
