One price in store, another price in my basket

The list price of the Power Gamer's 3.5 Wizard Strategy guide is $7.97 but it's in my cart at a price of $11.99. I just removed it. I didn't realize this until just before I paid with PayPal.

Also, it wouldn't let me apply my existing balance with ENGS. I kept pusing the Apply button and nothing happened.
