Paid for CS Account, not reaping benefits...

According to my electronic receipt from PayPal, I successfully paid the sum of $45.00 USD for a 1-year Community Supporter account on November 25th, 2005. Since that time, however, I have been unable to make use of Community Supporter features, such as the Custom User Title, or Community Supporter Discounts at the ENGS. I have made two purchases at the ENGS since paying for my CS account, but neither purchase has earned me any balance at the ENGS. If someone could please address this issue, I would be most grateful.
