Unable to access Enworld in IE

I'm using firefox right now (I hate it for the most part, so I don't use it much), but on the same machine, I can't get to Enworld using Internet Explorer 6 SP1. It times out and locks up before the front page comes up. Not sure if it's a problem with this site or what, but it doesn't finish loading on IE (If I stop it, the top part comes up, but the menu's don't work)

Is there any chance that IE is configured to use a proxy server and FireFox isn't? I've seen that kind of problem in those circumstances

You've probably already tried this, but just to be sure since it wasn't mentioned in the post.

- Clear out your Temporary Internet Files
- Clear out your EN World cookies
- And since it's Windows, a reboot of the computer...

Barring any of that working, maybe a quick spyware check with your spyware scanner of choice?

It was my work computer, works fine from home, and was working fine the previous day.

Works ok from home today as well. Realy, not sure what the problem was though.

And both should be using a proxy server, or else I can't get to the net at all.

Ok, now it happened again, only at home. Something's up with the front page.

same here; no problems at home or work.

It's working fine now, but it wasn't those past 2 times. Not sure what the problem is, but it's consistant when it happens, where it won't load the page fully, and then crashes IE if I stop it and go anywhere else. No problem on firefox.
