The Circvs isn't online?
I tried logging into the Circvs , but all I'm getting is Performing an upgrade to version 3.6.4 of vbulletin. This should take about 1 hour.

And that's been going on for the past three days....

It seems to be one loongggg hour.

So what's wrong with it?

Working just fine, and everyone's posting. The upgrade did only take about an hour. Perhaps you need to clear your cache?
