The short answer is, if you can't change the settings, then no, you can't stop it.
The slightly longer answer is, even if you could change the settings, you shouldn't, because that will open up your computer to possible security problems.
The information that IE7 gives you basically tells you to simply allow all ActiveX controls, which is a Very Bad Thing to do from a security standpoint. Don't do it.
What you
could try, and this is completely untested, is to go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security, and then choose the "Trusted Sites" option (the green checkmark). Click the Sites button and add
www.enworld.org. If that doesn't work, you can turn down the security on the "Trusted Sites" option from Medium to Medium-Low or Low.
Of course, as I said before, if you can't change settings, there's really nothing you can do about it. Give it a try anyway though.
