Sounds like a bug. People are still posting downloads, and I believe they're working.

No, it's not. I no longer work here, but I know that the downloads code is tied directly to the ENGS code. Bookshelves aren't working because the download code isn't working.
There is (obviously) an empty query, which means that the code has been messed with. To prevent spamming this forum with techno-jargin, PC, I would appreciate an email and I'll tell you how to fix it. I'm not absent without leave, I simply don't work for EN World anymore and fixing problems here isn't my job anymore.
