Posting Images?

Should we continue to send images to you Morrus or ? I've done about four-six products and have seen the No Image Available at this time start to creep up a little.

Do you have FTP software? If so, I'll just tell you where to upload 'em.

One thing I have noticed is that someone tried entering the full URL for an image elsewhere. The image field should only contain the filename (e.g. banana.jpg).

I don't have any FTP software that I'm aware of but if anyone knows a good free one, let me know and if it's not too much hassle, I'll start plugging away.

I use CuteFTP - you get a free 30 day trial but you have t register after that. I'm sure there must be free FTP software out there though.

WS_FTP 95 LE is a (free) very small, bloat free, easy-to-use FTP-client. It's the best one I've used so far.

OK, what I've done instead is add the FTP details in under the admin menu on the left. When you're logged in you should see them. Obviously, don't pass them on to anyone!

Well, the system shows 'em at the same size whatever the size of the pic uploaded. Filesize-wise, try and keep 'em as small as possible (under 10k if poss).

I suggest you to -NOT- write that kind of information on any kind of viewable website, restricted or not, as someone might find it in a search engine or other things that cache webpages (such as www.archive.org or www.google.com). It is generally not a good idea. I am under the impression that you wrote this on some kind of system with many files. If this left frame you are talking about is a separate file, chances are actually very high that someone will find your account info.
