I would suggest providing a receipt. If you used PayPal you can just grab the details off there by viewing your transaction history.
Alternatively, you could contact the company who ran ENGS, Twin Rose Software, who will no doubt be able to verify the purchase.

Technically, we shouldn't be distributing that seller's product at this point! Our license to do so expired when the store closed. I'm surprised a publisher is managing to update his product at the store - I didn't imagine that functionality was accessible, or if it was, that it worked. The store owner (Twin Rose Software) was supposed to have cleared out the store code except for the advertising portion.
