Joe, that means that the two products have been given the same product abbreviation by whoever originally entered them. the abbreviation is what the system uses to identify products. When that happens, the only way it can be fixed is for Liquide to go into the code and fix things manually. I'll point him towards this thread, but it's quite a hassle to fix, so may take a few days.
Originally posted by Furn_Darkside I have noticed, when entering new products, that some publishers don't have all product lines showing up in the drop box.
Fantasy Flight Games does not have its Rules line show up, but one with something about a banana is listed.
I end up just dropping new ones into the banana line (which never shows up) and then editing the product so it is in the right line.

Yeah - best way to do it is to go to the publisher page and click on the add product button within each product line. Then, whatever product you add will be in that line.

This may be another of those privilaged buttons that I don't have access too. I don't see it.
Originally posted by Krug I've been adding a company prefix before each product, just to make sure they're unique. Eg: Paradigm's Eldest Sons is para_eldest .
Thats a good idea. Another trick I use is that, after you've entered the letters, I stab randomly at the numpad on by keyboard to come up with a ranm 2 or 3 digit number to go after it.
