and eventually, how many you received.

and an idea, you could use this new contest as a way to test an eventual new system to replace the ENnies voting system (like ranking and such).

Don't know - lots have been received. Only about 5% of them actually followed the directions, though, so many with the wrong subject headers may take me several days to dig out, and those without the correct inot in the email will take me even longer to identify.

I thought that the only requirement was the subject title of the e-mail when I sent mine, I did not see any info on what should have been in the body of the e-mail (or perhaps I did sent after reading the info on the message board only, or I'm just stupid).

So, should I send them a second time in separate e-mail with the title of the settings, my name and e-mail address, or just wait a few weeks?

I'd just leave it. You'll only confuse things by sending another one. If the subject title is correct, I should be able to identify it as a setting proposal reasonably easy, but if the info isn't in the email then it'll go into my "to do when I have plenty of time" folder.

I'm not being awkward - I have a "system" worked out whereby I can whip through them - it takes me about 30 seconds for each. If I have to investigate at all to get the info I need, then that turns into about 2 minutes. Multiply that by 200 or 300 and you can see the problem.

30 secs x 200 = 100 minutes = 1 hour and 40 mins

2 minutes x 200 = 400 minutes = 6 and a half hours

I can see why WotC had strict rules with their 11,000 entries. And I can imagine they roundfiled literally thousands of them without even reading them! Certainly many of those I'm receiving don't meet their criteria, and I'm only seeing a tiny percentage of them.
