Front Page order?

Just want to say that I find the Front Page Order quite confusing.

While I like the boxed news, I can simply see no order in it .. sometimes the new Articles are at the bottom, sometimes in the middle, etc. This makes it hard to quickly see what is new

Is there a reason for this or an order that I simply haven't noticed?

I have a suspicion that it's connected to peoples' ability to go in and edit their own scoops.

There's a way to enter the information so that the computer displays things in order, but the interface is too badly designed by me to make that a realistic expectation. Until I can build a dev mirror I'm stuck - it needs an extensive rebuild but I can't do that on a live board.

Heh. Could you just tell me what that is, and I can try to do it? Because I'm not a stupid man by any means, but can't identify an error on my part regarding news submissions.

All the starting dates need to be the same between feature, leaderboard and article.

Ah, they're not supposed to be sequential? That's certainly something I was doing wrong, then. I had each starting on the day after the prevous one ended.

Yeah, they aren't supposed to be sequential. Don't feel bad - I did it wrong and I WROTE the damn thing.
