MetaPost comments and questions about the messageboards and other parts of EN World. If you have a problem, this is where to go. Moderator email addresses are posted here.
It used to be, if I hit Reply and I wasn't logged in, I could log in and submit the post. Now, once I successfuly log in, it dumps me back at the menu of choices and I have to re-enter the forums.
You are not alone, I already posted this error two days ago, but it seems there is no fix for this at the moment.
By the way, what it is even worse .. if you take to long to post you get logged out and asks about a new login when you want to preview it. But when you do, you get dumped to the main screen and your whole post is now away.
The problem persists. I've been having this problem for the past few days, which is wierd because it NEVER happened before then.
I only log in when I find a post/thread I should/want to reply to, so I log in at that point. But now it always sends me to the main EN World page every time I log in. It's really annoying...

Reason: spelling error, grr
As far as I'm aware, I fixed it a few hours ago. Can you confirm that you definitely are currently having this issue?
I clicked the 'remember me' option prior to making the previous post, thus circumventing the issue, but up until that time I had been experiencing it. Works now, though. Thanks!
