I'd like to create an online list of the gaming products I own so that I can keep track of everything I have. This would be mainly for my reference but I could also see possibly using it to conduct trading of RPG material with other online gamers.
Now, I personally would prefer to put this list up somewhere on EN World, but I'm not sure which forum would be the best one to put it in. (Perhaps this one?) I'm not sure it's even appropriate to put up on EN World. Thus, some guidance from the Moderators would be very much appreciated.
Cheers!
Knightfall
p.s. I could also put it on my blog but that doesn't feel like it would be optimal.

Hmm... I think I might have answered my own question while dreaming. I could put my list in my World of Kulan social group forum (see sig).
There, I could sticky it at the top of the forum and completely control what gets posted in it. Plus, it would be out of the way from the main forums.
I think that's what I'll do.

Ooh, good idea from Mark. That way it'd be easy for anyone to find, and still not intrusive.

I've now added my official 3rd Edition D&D books to the collection list. I'm thinking I'll add a post for 4e before I begin posting the stuff in my d20 system/OGL collection.
After all, I don't think my 4e collection will ever be very large. I still only have the Manual of the Planes.

I've now added a post for my 4th Edition collection (such that it is) including the free DRAGON and DUNGEON Magazine PDFs before the subscription model took effect.
My "To Get" list for 4e is small. Still, there is more on it then I thought there'd be. The Plane Below is a book I'll likely get and the Revenge of the Giants boxed adventure looks intriguing.

I've just finished adding my d20 System / OGL collection section for the fantasy-based references I physically own. (Hpefully I didn't foget anything.)
Next, I'll be doing all my modern/future references, which will start with Alternity and d20 Modern branch off into Dragonstar and then move on to Gamma World (d20) and Mutants & Masterminds.
After that, well.. I'm getting ahead of myself.

Added sections for Alternity, official d20 Modern books (including Gamma World d20), and 3pp d20 modern references.
I haven't read much of the 3pp d20 Modern references I've downloaded. I've gone through some of the Dawning Star and Darwin's World 2 stuff, and I'm fairly certain that I want the main books for both of those campaign settings.
Green Ronin's Mutants & Masterminds and True20 games will get its own section as will Dragonstar, Gamma World (pre-Alternity), and non-d20 Freeport (i.e systemless). I will also have sections (some combined) for Battletech, Earthdawn, OSRIC, Rolemaster, RuneQuest, Savage Worlds, Skyrealms of Jorune, Star Frontiers, the Dying Earth RPG, and Twilight 2000, just to name a few.

I had another productive day of creative trading today. I took some old VHS movies, a few novels I didn't need anymore, and a DVD to my local used book store and traded them for several RPG books.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Wee Book Inn is currently giving 25 cents for each VHS movie. I was expecting no more than 5 cents per movie. Thus, I was able to get a copy of "D&D Defenders of the Faith" to use as trade bait at Whyte Knight and two Alternity books for my personal collection.
Plus, my mom called me today to tell me that she has some books she's willing to let me have for free. More books are always good. I'm hoping that the books have some good value. Plus, maybe she'll have something I'll want to read.

I traded away some more VHS tapes and a few of my mom's books today. I got a novel called "The Tainted Sword" and the Dragonlance dramatic supplement, "Palanthas."
I'm already into Chapter Three of the SAGA book. Very fluufy stuff. A good read.
I'll be trading more stuff away tomorrow (my mom gave a quite a few books), so hopefully I'll be able to get another RPG book or two or a few Conan novels that I've had my eye on.
It's been a good week.
Cheers!

Added these sections to the Collection List thread...

Added these d20 System books to my collection. I got them for CAN $5 each.
PENUMBRA: En Route | Stormhaven: City of a Thousand Seas | SCARRED LANDS: Secrets & Societies
En Route was recommended to me on one of my various poll threads in the General Forum.
Stormhaven is the first book I've bought by Mongoose Publishing. I bought it mainly due to being influenced by the OGL material for the book on the Grand OGL Wiki.
I'm learning that Scarred Lands setting has some really cool fluff in its books. However, I'll likely use the Scarred Lands books I buy for World of Kulan.
