Thread on a page?

Hello.

How do I increase the number of posts shown per page? (There is one account option, but it wasn't it)

Or more to the point - is there any way to display a thread on a single page? (I would like to search the thread's posts for a keyword, and would like not to have to click through several pages to quickly find where my search term occurs)

I played around with the printer-friendly view, in the hopes there was a one-click "print the entire thread" solution (so I could print to pdf and search the result) but it didn't seem possible to have the entire thread on a single PF-page either.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

LightPhoenix has disabled Experience Points
I believe that the number of posts is strictly dictated by the board settings, due to concerns with server load and speed. As I understand it, increasing those puts a significant strain on the server, as there are more database calls for every page load.

I went to My Account, Options, and switched from "board default" to "show" and nothing changed that I could find.
