Woah not even my 30th post and I'm in hot water.
Time to explain.

Firstly, and most importantly, I apologize to Liquide who says I insulted him - indeed that wasn't an intent of mine, and if he's curious, I'm a professional too, believe it or not, and I know what it's like to be pirated. (long sentence) It's not like me to insult people, I try to remain very tolerant of others and even reflect nice attitudes. Liquide seems like a great guy (who happens to share some of my ethical sentiment regarding piracy)

Secondly, I do not endorse piracy. No I'm not running for office, so this isn't a big deal but seriously I think I was grossly misunderstood, and that may be my fault. I was saying that if money isn't material to someone (someone who could pirate or has a lot of money), they might want to buy a more expensive program. That's all, and I don't recommend piracy if you don't have money. The original intent is that one product is much better, but also more costly than an alternative, and if money is an issue, go with the cheaper alternative.

Thirdly, Dinkeldog edit-changed the context of my message entirely - not really acceptable by logical means. I'd have been much more comfortable with the whole thing getting edited out than what he left. I had to re-edit in what i meant (though I really coasted clear of any danger zone, I feel) and hopefully it remains that way.

Fourthly, I didn't even provide a way to pirate. I've been stripped of my original words (that I'm waiting for from Dinkeldog) but basically I cited piracy as an option to get software because frankly, it is. The thread wasn't about how to get software, it was about software. I said If money isn't an issue, or if you pirate software (basically saying the same thing), photoshop is the better option. Seriously, i didn't site anywhere that was possible (being that I'm really unfamiliar with the business) and I figured we all knew that piracy existed.

So, that's all. Sorry to everyone, really because I've already caused a brief comotion. It wasn't my intent, but I'm pretty sure my original intent was misunderstood, which is probably my fault. I'm not a bad guy and I hope i don't come across as badly as it seems.

Apology accepted, I might just be a bit over-zealous when it comes to posts about warez/pirated stuff etc . . . so you have to pardon my manners then.
