Question about posting a picture

I commissioned a well-known fantasy artist to do a pencil drawing of a character I've played and written stories about. I was thinking about posting it in the Art Gallery section. However also in the picture is the character's love interest and she is wearing a sheer dress that is torn and tattered.

Through her outfit you can basically see full frontal nudity. It doesn't jump right out, but on anything more than a quick glance you do notice it. Should I refrain from posting it?
